Return: Get Involved / Conference & Summit / 2027 National Conference
School districts and employers purchasing registrations for four or more attendees will receive the Early Bird rate per attendee. This rate applies regardless of when registrations are processed or whether individual attendees are ASTA members. Email asta@astastrings.org to request an invoice.
Middle and High School Field Trips
Bring your middle and high school students to the ASTA National Conference to explore, learn, and connect with the string community.
For groups attending the full conference, the field trip rate is $25 per student or chaperone and includes access to the entire conference. A daily rate is not available.
Student Day — Saturday of the Conference is free for all students and features programming and activities designed specifically for them. Students may attend Student Day without registering for the full conference.
Groups attending the full conference must have at least one teacher or chaperone for every 10 students. Teachers count toward this supervision ratio but must register at the published conference rate; the $25 field trip rate does not apply to string teachers.
