The session proposal window closed in June 2026. Acceptance notifications were sent by email in early September 2026.

If you missed this call, we strongly encourage you to consider applying for the 2027 Virtual String Teachers Summit - July 12-13. The application window will open in mid-October and close December 2, 2026.

The application window for the 2028 ASTA National Conference in Richmond, Virginia - March 1-4 will open in April 2027 and close early in June 2028.
