The session proposal window closed in June 2025. Acceptance notifications were sent by email in early September 2025.

If you missed this call, we strongly encourage you to consider applying for the 2026 Virtual String Teachers Summit - July 13-14. The application window will open in mid-October and close December 3, 2025.

The application window for the 2027 ASTA National Conference in Chicago, Illinois - February 24-27 will open in April 2026 and close early in June 2026.
