Stephen Benham
Dr. Stephen Benham is Professor of Music Education and Chair of Performance at Duquesne University. He is an internationally acclaimed clinician, speaker, and conductor with expertise in pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, and program development. His work has been featured in numerous international seminars and conferences. He is the lead author of the ASTA String Curriculum and serves as a consultant in the development of music programs in communities in the US and abroad, with ongoing projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. He is a past-president of ASTA.
