International Coalition on COVID-19 Aerosol Study – ASTA has joined a coalition of performing arts organizations to commission a study on the effects of COVID-19 on the return to classrooms and performance venues. New mitigation videos (including strategies for string instruments)  and a scientific preprint paper were released in April 2021.

Unified Statement: Arts Education Is Essential – We encourage you to share this statement with administrators and other decision-makers for your music program in your school district; includes talking points.
