Instrument Awards

ASTA industry partners award string instruments and bows annually to students in need.

Applications are currently CLOSED.

Applications for instrument awards will be accepted on behalf of string students (elementary through high school) from ASTA member teachers who outline the particular worthiness and promise of a student. Applicants are recommended to be string students with three or more years of experience, unless they have switched over from another instrument.

Applications for bow awards will be accepted from ASTA member teachers; awards are based on criteria including financial need, program size, longevity, and dedication.
