Important Deadlines


  • August 31, 2022: Signed participation contract and $1,000 non-refundable deposit due.
  • October 15, 2022: 25% of total payment amount due.
  • November 30, 2022: Concert program, stage forms, student waiver forms, and performance recording order form due.
  • December 15, 2022: 50% of total payment amount due. Final hotel information form, final rooming list, and t-shirt order form due. This is the last day to make changes to your hotel package.
  • January 15, 2023: Final balance of total payment amount due.
  • March 15 - 18, 2023: 2023 National Orchestra Festival in Orlando, Florida.

Please note: Any group who has purchased a hotel package through ASTA does not need to make their own hotel reservations. Please contact us to confirm your group's hotel information.

October 15 Deadline

Payment of 25% of your total balance is due by October 15, 2022. No forms are due at this time.

November 30 Deadline

The forms below are due by November 30, 2022.
