The National Conference Speaker Service Center is a one-stop-shop dedicated to you, our conference speakers. You will be able to find and manage much of the information for your session here, including important deadlines and documents, resources, support, and more.

Thank you for dedicating your time, meeting the necessary deadlines, and volunteering to serve as a conference speaker. We look forward to working with you! If at any time you need help or have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Note about audiovisual equipment for in-person presentations: For in-person presentations, the following audiovisual equipment will be provided in each room: microphone, LCD projector, and screen. Plug-ins will NOT be provided.

All speakers agree to abide by ASTA board-approved policies. Please review:
All conference session presenters and research poster presenters must be current ASTA members when submitting proposals and at the time of presentation.

Important Deliverables and Deadlines

  • September 19, 2022  -   Speaker Commitment Form Due (Link also in the email sent September 1, 2022)
  • December 12, 2022 - Demonstration Groups - Initial Information Survey Due (sent to presenters November 30, 2022)
  • December 31, 2022  -  All presenters must register and pay for the conference (Early Bird Registration closes December 19, 2022)
  • February 13, 2023  -  Session Handouts Due
  • February 13, 2023  -   Demo Group Forms and Demo Group Minor Photo Release Forms Due - Submission Link Coming Soon!
