FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATON
Full registration for the in-person conference includes access to all conference sessions, connection events, and feature performances March 15–18, 2023, in Orlando, Florida. **Pre-conference Workshops require an additional fee not included in full conference registration. COVID SAFETY AND MITIGATION PROTOCOLS
ASTA is committed to providing a safe environment for everyone attending the in-person conference in Orlando, Florida. All conference participants in Orlando will be required to follow 2023 COVID Safety and Mitigation Protocols as determined by the ASTA Board of Directors.

PAYMENT
Only individuals registered and paid in full will receive access to the conference. Attendees may register by credit card or check. All fees are in U.S. dollars. If you are issuing a check from outside the U.S., the check must be bank-issued in U.S. funds (not handwritten).

ASTA’s W-9 Form

All checks must be made payable to: ASTA or American String Teachers Association. Check payments via regular mail must be sent to: ASTA, PO Box 160605, Altamonte Springs, FL 32716-0605.

Payments are typically processed within 10 business days. Payments that are not received and/or postmarked by the registration deadlines will be subject to additional fees. ASTA is not responsible for delayed mail or incorrectly addressed correspondence.

Purchase Orders: Purchase orders must be paid by February 1, 2023, or the balance will be collected before entry to the conference is authorized.

If you provide payment and require a charge to be reversed to use another form of payment, you will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
All transactions are final and non-refundable. Any emergency cancellation requests must be received in writing, asta@astastrings.org, by February 1, 2023. Refund requests received after this date will NOT be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will be processed after the conference and a $50 cancellation fee per registration will be applied. In the event the ASTA Board of Directors takes action to cancel the event, participants will have the opportunity to request a refund within 30 days of the cancellation. Credit card processing and platform fees will not be refunded under any circumstance.

CONSENT TO USE PHOTOS AND RECORDINGS
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the ASTA National Conference and its affiliated events and activities constitutes an agreement by the attendee to ASTA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the individual’s image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, live chat discussions during education sessions, and audiotapes of such events and activities for promotional purposes.

CONFIRMATION AND COMMUNICATION
ASTA will communicate important information leading up to the conference by email, including registration confirmation, education handouts and resources, and industry partner communications.
