2021 ASTA National Conference Update
In light of ongoing developments with COVID-19, and after thoughtful discussions with ASTA’s Board of Directors and collecting member feedback, ASTA has decided to move our 2021 National Conference to a fully online, virtual experience that will take place March 3 - 6, 2021.
We believe this is the safest approach for the well-being of our national audience, and we are excited that a virtual event makes it possible to broaden learning opportunities and engagement with string educators, orchestra directors, performers, studio teachers, collegiate students, and many more.
Attendees will be able to participate virtually in vital conversations about string education and how to continue to navigate the current landscape. Along with the strong education you expect from the ASTA National Conference, there will be opportunities to participate and share ideas and insights with your colleagues. Networking is a cornerstone of our annual event and attendees will be able to take part in interactive and engaging experiences through a dynamic virtual conference platform. Opportunities for our industry partners, including showcases, will also enhance this year’s program while attendees connect from the comfort and safety of their home or classroom.
The conference agenda will have flexible access to meet your schedule needs. Best of all, breakout sessions will be on-demand for conference attendees to view at their own convenience for 30 days following the conference. Use conference education in your classroom for your students to enhance your curriculum and learn from string experts.
The full conference program including registration will launch in December. To be among the first to get updates, sign up for the conference newsletter.
